There are numerous lotions, potions, prescriptions and techniques for scalp health. But the most underrated approach is simply brushing the hair and scalp with a quality hairbrush.

Why simple brushing works (most people don’t do, or don’t do it correctly.)
We recommend brushing 15 to 20 strokes per night, the real key is to brush against the root direction which helps to lift the roots in the opposite direction.
This will help oxygenate and direct the hair strands up and away from their normal positions.

The first thing you will find is a real change in how your scalp feels during and after brushing. When you first start brushing you may notice more hair in the brush. Don’t be alarmed this is just the Telogen Phase of the hair which is close to being shed anyway. This will soon be replaced with a new Anagen phase hair which will continue to grow healthier and stronger if you maintain nightly brushing.
