TOO much  heat, cold, dryness or damage to the  hair have NEGATIVE charges all create hair static. Solve this by adding a POSITIVE charge to your hair or hair brush to neutralize the negative charge. To begin use a shampoo that is less deep cleansing with a PH between 4.5 & 5.5 which is less drying to both hair and scalp. Conditioners are the real KEY they are Positively charged either rinse out or leave-in your choice.
